What to expect

Initial Consultation

(Value $185)

In this 60-75 minute consultation, we’ll sit together (virtually or in-person) and take the time to explore more than just your symptoms. We will take a thorough look at your health history, emotional wellbeing, current concerns and diet and lifestyle. This is a space where you’ll feel seen and heard, not rushed. You’ll receive a personalised plan rooted in naturopathic principles, including herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle support and education to help guide you back to balance and a deeper trust in your body’s wisdom.

Follow Up Consultations

(Value $135 each)

In these 45-60 minute consultations, we check in on your progress and how your body has responded to the initial plan. Sometimes this means fine tuning and other times it means peeling back a new layer that’s ready to be explored. These sessions are where the real integration happens! We can adjust herbs, shift lifestyle practices or deepen into parts of the healing journey that are calling for more attention. It’s a space of ongoing support, refinement and encouragement as you continue coming home to yourself.

Bundle Terms

This offer is only available as an upfront payment, however AfterPay is available at checkout.
The bundle price does not include herbal medicine and nutritional supplements recommended in the treatment plan/prescription (this is an extra cost).
The bundle is non-refundable once payment is made, however, consultations may be transferred to another person if something changes and you are unable to attend. Please notify me in writing to arrange a name change. Please note. If you have already used the Initial Consultation, the person who this is transferred to must still book an Initial Consultation (full price) before using the Follow Up Consultations (this ensure safety and clinic policy)
The 2 follow up consultations included in the bundle must be booked and used within 6 months of the initial consultation.
Missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to the cancellation policy and may result in forfeiture of the session.
