By making an appointment, purchasing bundles and continuing to browse and utilise this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Earthmade Naturopathy, as outlined below.

Payments

To confirm your appointment, 100% of the service fee is required at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway. Please note:

Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
Fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
By making a booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Pricing Policy

Pricing of services and products may change at any time. Discounts and limited offers can not be used after the expiration date which is stated on our bookings platform.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Earthmade Naturopathy, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy in place.

Where appointments are cancelled, missed or rescheduled with 48 hours notice, no cancellation fee will be applied.
Where appointments are cancelled, missed or rescheduled without 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

To avoid this happening, please ensure you book a day and time that suits your schedule, add the appointment to your calendar and put reminders on your phone. A 48 hour period allows me to re-book this time for another client who may be on my waiting list for an appointment.

Emergencies

I understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible via email and I will assess rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client, while the full session fee will still apply.

Feeling Unwell?

If you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms and have an in person consultation, I'd please request you change your appointment to online. This can be done via email at anytime prior to your appointment.

Preparing for your Consultation

Online consultations:

Please be prepared by checking your appointment reminder email, as this will have your telehealth link. Please ensure your laptop is charged, with adequate internet and prepare a quiet and secluded space free from distractions.

In person consultations:

Please be prepared by checking your appointment reminder email, as this will have the address and direction on where to find me. Please ensure you give yourself enough time to get here with time to find a park. We have a beautiful waiting room with books, oracle cards and tea if you do find yourself here earlier. Please make yourself at home.

Contacting the Clinic

For non-urgent matters, I will aim to respond within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). For urgent matters, I will aim to respond as soon as possible, which may include a phone call to ensure a prompt resolution. Please note, messages regarding your treatment plan sent via Instagram or other social media platforms will not be responded to.

Communication Between Consultations

To ensure the best care, please keep track of any treatment-related questions and bring them up during your next consultation. This allows for a thorough discussion while safeguarding both the practitioner’s legal and financial interests. Inquiries regarding your treatment plan (eg. clarification on product instructions) may be sent via email. Urgent matters (eg. adverse affects) should be sent via email immediately. Please see our Safety Notes at the bottom of your treatment plan. If at some point you need more in-depth assistance between consultations, short consultations are available, which will include an extra cost.

Treatment plans and resources provided in 1:1 consultations and group programs are intended solely for your personal use and you are welcome to download and print these documents for your own reference. They are not to be copied, forwarded or shared with others, including via social media, email or any public platform.

Client Agreement

By booking a consultation or participating in a program with Earthmade Naturopathy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand and accept the rescheduling and cancellation policy, inlcluding no-shows and late arrivals
I will prepare adequately for my consultation
I agree not to share, copy or distribute my treatment plan or any resources received. They are for my personal use only
I understand that contact and communication is to be done via email and not social media
I understand that the success of my treatment is a collaborative process and my results will reflect my commitment and openness to change
